    1. Sales Plan Management:
    Based on regional market development and company strategic planning, develop sales plans and quantify sales targets, decompose sales targets and schedule arrangements, develop practical and feasible measures, organize the implementation of sales plans, and ensure the completion of company sales targets;
    Responsible for organizing the department to draft sales plans, including the breakdown of sales tasks, discussions on sales methods and methods, to enable department sales personnel to clarify sales goals, and effectively guide department work.     2. Market management:
